About DAve
Dave Keith has a background in entrepreneurship and marketing, and has been involved in the construction industry since the age of 18.
He studied economics at CSU Sacramento and later joined Shell Oil Company in 1992, where he worked in marketing management for 10 years. After leaving Shell, Dave co-founded K2 Environmental in 2002, a company specializing in mold and water damage remediation.
He and his brother Eric Keith eventually sold K2 to a national company in 2006 and Dave went on to start NorthBay Environmental, Inc. in 2011. Along with his father, Ed Keith, NBE became a leading mold remediation company in Sonoma County.
In 2015, the company expanded to include residential remodeling, general construction services, and new home construction. Dave also started Sonoma County Builders in 2016, and after the Tubbs Fire in 2018, he assembled a team to rebuild homes lost in the firestorm disaster. Sonoma County Builders has built 30+ custom homes and completed many more remodels. In 2021, Dave merged NBE and SCB into a single company, with SCB as the parent company for large projects and NBE Property Restoration as the brand for restoration and remediation construction services.
