About ERIC
Eric has a long history in the industry and has experience in all phases of residential construction. Eric is a pioneer in mold remediation industry and has contributed to the development of many industry standards in use today.
Eric started his career in the United States Marine Corps, serving from 1985 to 1991 as a Reconnaissance Marine and Navy-trained Diver. He credits his military experience with his high level of integrity, discipline, attention to detail, and his ability to cross the finish line at multiple Ironman triathlons.
In 2002, he became a General Contractor and co-founded K2 Environmental. He later started PacificIAQ, an indoor air quality testing company. In 2017, he joined his brother at NorthBay Environmental, and in 2018, Eric also joined Sonoma County Builders and helped work on the Tubbs Fire rebuild projects. Today, he is NBE Property Restoration's expert on indoor air quality, water intrusion, and construction defects.
Eric has a degree in biology, and is one of less than ten people worldwide that have earned the top three board certifications in the mold industry (CIEC, CMC, CMRS).
