SCB Builders is led by 2nd generation builders and brothers Dave and Eric Keith, and their partner Mike Nunnally. Together they bring a wealth of experience and expertise to every project they undertake.

In 2021, David merged NBE and SCB into a single company, with SCB as the parent company and NBE Property Restoration as the brand for restoration and reconstruction services.

Production Manager
Mike Nunnally is a seasoned professional in the industry, having started his career at K2 Environmental. He later worked as a manager at Restoration Management Company before becoming a partner at NBE Property Restoration in 2018. Mike is a key player in our restoration division and plays a central role in coordinating our efforts.
Project Manager
Beau is Operations Manager for NBE Property Restoration. He has over 20 years of experience in water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage remediation and mold mitigation. He is an insurance resolution specialist and can handle full insurance claims, price negotiations, payouts, and reconstruction management.
Project Manager
Since 2021, Dylan McGarr has been a valued member of the SCB team, and worked his way up to Project Manager. Dylan helps to ensure that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. His dedication and professionalism are an invaluable asset to our team.
Office Manager
KO Keith has been our office manager since 2023 and is available to assist with scheduling, accounting, and answering any questions about our services. With her help, we are able to ensure that all of our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Foreman
Rick has been with SCB Builders since 2015. He is well-versed in all phases of construction, including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing and framing. Rick is dedicated to delivering client's projects with the utmost attention to detail and care.
Project Manager
Ben has been a crucial part of the NBE and SCB Builders team since 2015. He began at an entry-level position and worked his way up to become a Project Manager. As a detail-oriented professional, Ben is dedicated to ensuring that your project is executed flawlessly and completed within the designated timeframe.
Lead Electrician
Johnny joined our team in 2018 during the Tubbs wildfire storms, and has since become a valuable member of our reconstruction team. Although his expertise lies in electrical work, he also has experience in plumbing, cabinetry, and finish carpentry. With his diverse skill set, Johnny ensures that all aspects of your project are completed to the highest quality standards.
